What if I cannot put my request into words?
You do not need to. We can start from a concrete situation, a feeling, or even from “I do not understand what is going on”. Formulating the request is sometimes part of the work itself.
You can know a great deal about yourself and still keep walking the same circle. In a session we take one concrete situation and go deeper than the familiar explanations: noticing contradictions, untangling connections and what had stayed out of sight, to get to the heart of what is happening and see where more freedom to act differently opens up.
Relationships that seem to change shape yet leave you with the same feeling afterwards.
Closeness that keeps turning either too tight or too distant.
The feeling that “something is wrong with me”.
Comparison, fear of being seen, inability to decide, or resistance to the very thing you want to do.
A situation you have thought through a hundred times without it getting any clearer.
Or with no formulated request at all. You can come and say: “I do not understand what is happening with me here.” That is enough.
I have already understood so much about myself. Why is nothing changing?
What is actually going on here?
We will take what is happening in your life right now and start untangling it. Not only what happened, but why it mattered so much to you: what you felt, what you wanted to do, what became frightening, what feels painfully familiar in this story.
What will you leave with?
Not another theory about yourself, but a more accurate map. Not every inner knot comes undone in one session. But a good session can help you finally see which knot you are actually trying to untie. And that is a very different place to move from.

Who are you untangling this with?
My name is Marianna. By training I am a scientist: I read Natural Sciences at UCL, specialising in biomedical sciences and synthetic organic chemistry. From an interest in how the organism works, I gradually came to exploring the psyche, relationships, trauma and unconscious processes.
It is more honest to say up front what these sessions will not do.
They do not treat anxiety, depression, addiction or trauma, and they do not replace psychotherapy.
They do not promise to remove a lifelong pattern entirely.
They do not hand you “the real cause” of everything that happens to you.
They do not tell you how to live, and they do not take responsibility for your decision.
I completed my MSci in Natural Sciences at University College London (UCL), specialising in Biomedical Sciences and Synthetic Organic Chemistry. My scientific training covered the human body at multiple levels, from physiology and the nervous system to cellular processes, pharmacology and the molecular mechanisms that underpin how the body functions.
My second area of specialisation was synthetic organic chemistry, where I studied the structure and behaviour of organic molecules, chemical reactivity and the design and synthesis of molecules.
This scientific background shaped the way I approach complex questions: breaking them down, recognising connections across different levels, looking for the mechanisms underneath what is happening, and working towards the root of the problem rather than stopping at the most obvious explanation.

I am building my individual practice now and taking on a small number of people, so that I can give every request real attention. At this first stage, sessions run on a [free donation] basis in exchange for honest feedback after the work.
You do not need to. We can start from a concrete situation, a feeling, or even from “I do not understand what is going on”. Formulating the request is sometimes part of the work itself.
No. You can start with one session and decide afterwards whether you want to continue.
You should not. There is no need to analyse yourself in advance, recall your whole childhood or compose a life story. Come with whatever feels alive right now.
That is a perfectly good outcome of a session too. I do not want to hold anyone in a format that does not fit them. If I see that your request goes beyond what I can work with responsibly, I will say so directly.
It is enough to feel: “I no longer want things here to stay the way they are.” If my writing has ever named something you could not put into words yourself, perhaps it will be interesting to look at your story too.
